TEC-C executes with TransGrid Project Agreement and Connection Agreement for Molong Solar Farm, sells project rights to Amp Energy and secures the EPC for the Grid Connection Works.
Development
After completing the development process, having obtained the 5.3.4A letter and GPS Letter of Acceptance, TEC-C has negotiated and executed the Project Agreement and Connection Agreement with TransGrid, the Transmission Network Service Provider (TNSP) which the Molong Solar Farm will be connecting to. Specifically, the solar farm’s substation will be connecting to TransGrid’s Molong substation via a 1km long 66kV underground cable.
With these critical agreements executed as a requirement, TEC-C has sold the project rights to Amp Energy, which has selected TEC-C to deliver the EPC for the solar farm’s 66/33kV, 30/36MVA Substation. TEC-C’s intimate prior knowledge of the project from its earliest stages of development, the strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders, such as TransGrid, has ideally placed it to deliver a competitive solution in an accelerated time frame.
